About GEMA

Inspiring Curiosity. Building Future Skills.

GEMA Clubs bring hands-on learning, creativity, and future-ready skills directly into schools — technology, artificial intelligence, innovation, financial literacy, creative arts, and entrepreneurship — through engaging, project-based club activities.

🧠

Our Mission

To make learning engaging, hands-on, and meaningful — helping students build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. Children learn best when they are actively engaged, curious, and enjoying discovery.

🎯

Our Approach

Customizable, tailor-made club programs adapted to each school's goals, aligned with exam-board standards, delivered through in-house manufactured, eco-friendly activity kits, complete how-to videos, worksheets and assessments.

✦ The GEMA Advantage

World-class lab setup in school Train-the-trainer (top engineering colleges) Certificate workshops by industry experts University guidance — Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, Trinity Company guidance — Google, IBM, Anthropic Fee-waiver support for competitions Winter & summer fun camps Free Club I-Card for every student Free Club Management Software for schools

Complete Curriculum Support

Eight building blocks, each mapped to every club and every grade band — with a real sample from a live session.

Level-Wise Curriculum

Every club is mapped to four grade bands — 1–3, 4–6, 7–9, 10–12 — so difficulty, vocabulary and project scope match each age group.

Sample: Grade 1–3 "AI Club" sorts picture cards into "robot / not robot"; Grade 10–12 trains a real mini text classifier.

Syllabus & Lesson Plans

16+ structured sessions per club (vs the usual 8–10), each shipped as 3 files: a technological map, teacher instructions, and a student workbook.

Sample: Session 4 of Coding Club = 1 concept map + 1 teacher script (timing & flow) + 1 guided workbook.

Activities & Projects

Every concept pairs with a hands-on build; each term closes with a capstone project that ties the learning together into one tangible outcome.

Sample: Entrepreneurship Club capstone — a paper-prototype product pitch with a one-page business model canvas.

Competitions

Students compete at school, regional and international level — in-class challenges, inter-house, inter-school events and innovation showcases.

Sample: Winners of an in-class Robotics challenge get nominated straight into the inter-school regional round.

Books

A Teacher Handbook and a Student Handbook accompany every club, chapter-matched to the syllabus so nobody works off a different page.

Sample: Chapter 4 of the Student Handbook mirrors Session 4 of the syllabus — same topic, matching worksheet.

Kits

Every student gets a personalised, eco-friendly kit; every teacher gets a matching Educator Kit — both mapped to the same sessions.

Sample: A Robotics Club kit ships with a build sheet, components card, and that week's Activity Passport page.

Training Videos

How-to videos and concept animations accompany every session, backed by a 72-hour online teacher training program and monthly webinars.

Sample: Before Session 4, teachers watch a 6-minute walkthrough of that exact activity.

Diploma

Participation, projects, competitions and a final capstone roll up into the GEMA International Diploma, issued by our London, UK division.

Sample: 3 terms of Robotics Club + 1 regional competition + capstone = eligible for diploma evaluation.
